- Emperor’s College Alumnus Nathan Anderson Elected President of California State Oriental Medical Association (05/24/2013)
Santa Monica, CA (May 24, 2013) – Acupuncturist Nathan Anderson, LAc, alumnus of Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine, was elected president of the California State Oriental Medical Association (CSOMA), the largest professional association representing California acupuncturists.
Anderson, who graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in Oriental medicine in 2003 from the esteemed Emperor’s College, had previously served as the chairperson of the CSOMA Public Policy Advisory Committee and secretary from 2011 to 2013. Anderson was first elected to the Board of Directors of CSOMA in 2009.
“I’m proud to continue my efforts to advocate for the acupuncture profession in California in my new role as president of CSOMA,” said Nathan Anderson, LAc.
