"Return to Spring" qigong is inspired by the harmony found in nature. The same effortless balance found in the moon’s path around the earth can also be experienced within our own bodies’ movements. This experience is especially strong when we return to our natural state of being. Qigong helps induce a relaxation response that may positively impact your body’s natural healing ability and increase your sense of balance in a seemingly stressful world.
