Greetings AAAOM Member Practitioners, Students, Business Members, Schools and State/National Organizations:

Welcome to the interactive article submission form for our collaborative newsletter, the Qi-Unity Report.

This form is designed so that anyone and everyone submitting a news item can use it easily and quickly.

Please follow these general rules:

1. Everyone, please complete Section A, General Contact Information.
2. Then, indicate the area of the profession you represent, e.g., Practitioners, Student, Business Members, Schools or State/National Organizations.
3. Text and File Uploads:
• Short Listings: If submitting short paragraph announcements of 250 words or less, your news item can be submitted in the comments box.
• Longer Listings: When submitting content that is greater than 250 words, please provide a very short summary of 75 words or less, and use the upload field to submit a Microsoft Word document, a plain-text file, or an Adobe PDF file.
• Uploads: In addition to Word, PDF, and text files, the form allows you to upload your corporate logo (less than 100 KB in filesize, gif or jpg images only).
• Note: The news alert you receive by e-mail will be kept brief by providing a summary lead-in and comments; a link to the full article on our Web site and more information will be included.
4. Distribution Dates & Copy Deadlines:The Qi-Unity Report will be sent on the fourth week of each month. Copy deadline is the first Monday of each month. Submissions received after the deadline will be published in the next issue.
5. Multiple Entries: You may submit as much as you would like, but please submit each item separately.

AAAOM Non-Member Submittals: For the next 90-days, AAAOM invites non-members to submit to the Qi-Unity Report. As a member benefit, issues will contain only news items from AAAOM members.
